Double-check the homeserver is exactly chat.wheelermediahub.com. If Element is using matrix.org or another server, change the homeserver and try again.
Ask the person who invited you to confirm the code is still active and typed exactly as provided.

TOTP means a 6-digit code from an authenticator app. WebAuthn/passkey means approving the sign-in with your device, password manager, fingerprint, Face ID, PIN, or a security key. If you are unsure, choose the authenticator app option and follow the QR-code instructions.
Usernames can only contain lowercase letters and numbers, for example alex2026. Remove capitals, spaces, dots, underscores, hyphens, and other symbols.
Check for typos and try the web clients: chat.skengerz.com or element.wheelermediahub.com.
You can skip verification temporarily to send messages, then verify later from Element settings. Keep recovery keys/passphrases somewhere safe.
